About Me- Luke Cirianni

Welcome to my online Portfolio!  My name is Luke Cirianni, a twenty-two year-old alumn of  Montclair State University.  This May, I graduated earning my bachelor's degree in Sports Communication.

At Montclair State, I was a three year broadcast intern for the Red Hawk Sports Network, the home of athletics for Montclair State University.   I have experience calling nearly every sport, including: soccer, football, basketball, baseball, hockey, lacrosse, field hockey, and volleyball.  This includes also finding my own sports stories to script, shoot, and edit.

I was heavily involved with our college radio station at Montclair State University, 90.3 WMSC FM.  I hosted my own weekly radio show called “It’s Called Soccer!”  I also wrote sports articles for the school newspaper, "The Montclarion."

These experiences have made me a better broadcaster, and also more well-rounded in the field.  I have also been involved in tasks on the production side, from operating a camera, to getting reps in the control room, and understanding how to read and write a broadcast rundown.

Currently I continue getting reps behind the scenes on the weekends in NYC, where I'm a production runner for CBS Sports.  I'm also a professional soccer Play-By-Play commentator, calling professional games for Game In Frame.  I cover other sports for All Abilities Live, a media company covering the top high school talent in NJ for football, basketball, and hockey.

While sports broadcasting remains my main passion, I’ve picked up valuable opportunities in sports to add to my resume the past few summers.  In 2022 and 2023, I was a team liaison for soccer giants Juventus FC for their Summer preseason tour in the United States.  In the summer of 2024, I worked with AC Milan.  I learned a lot about how sports organizations run from the inside, and gained valuable hospitality and communication skills.  I was also a hospitality intern for the 2025 Ryder Cup in Bethpage, NY.  This past March, I joined the France soccer National Team for their Road t0 26 tour in the United States.  I will also be with the Egyptian National Team in Cleveland a week before the World Cup.   These experiences showed me a different aspect of the sports field, working with teams and running big events.

I'm currently seeking part-time or full-time opportunities in media.  Reach me by:
